Four Pattonville High School seniors who graduated on May 25 were selected to play during All-Star games for top players in the region for their respective sports.

Rene Greenwell represented Pattonville in the Roslyn L. Schulte Memorial Senior High School Girls All-Star Lacrosse Game held June 7 at John Burroughs School. She played in the attack position for the Red Team. The event was sponsored by the St. Louis Missouri Chapter of U.S. Lacrosse and is named for a Burroughs graduate and lacrosse player who was the first U.S. Air Force Academy female graduate killed in action while serving in Afghanistan in 2009.

Kayla Meyer and Madison Utley were selected to play in the annual UMB Bank Senior All-Star Soccer Games hosted by the Missouri Athletic Club (MAC) on June 23 at St. Louis Soccer Park. The soccer All-Star game is an annual event that recognizes and showcases St. Louis' top high school players for their performance on and off the soccer field.

Max Spitzmiller was selected to play in the June 12 Tobacco-Free Nation All-Star Baseball Game at Busch Stadium sponsored by Delta Dental of Missouri and the St. Louis Cardinals. Thirty-six students from area high schools were accepted and drafted to one of two All-Star Game teams, with St. Louis Cardinals baseball player alumni serving as coaches. Spitzmiller's coach was Pattonville 1986 alumnus Scott Cooper. During the game, Spitzmiller won the Home Run Derby, went 1 for 3 with two RBIs, pitched two innings with four strike outs and played five innings at third base.
