PIRATE PETE'S CLOTHING CLOSET IS NOW OPEN!  Stop by in the mornings before school or in the afternoons after school.  IF you need clothes; we have FREE clothes.  Stop by and check us out.  Pirate Pete's Closet is located across from the Art Gallery in Room C203.  See your guidance counselor for a private viewing of prom dresses.

SPEECH & DEBATE TEAM MEMBERS who want to be considered for an executive board position next year must submit their application by today, April 20 at 3:00 PM.  See Mrs. Raymond if you have any questions.

SENIORS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE SPEECH & DEBATE HONOR SOCIETY:  If you want to rent or buy an honor cord to wear at Graduation, see Mrs. Raymond no later than tomorrow, April 21.

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED this weekend at John Calvin Church for an indoor garage sale.  Come to the CSO (E200) for info.

PLEASE DONATE YOUR OLD SHOES FOR A SHOE DRIVE this week (April 17-21).  Drop off tennis shoes, slippers, sandals, etc. in the Writing Center, room D101.  No flip flops.

ALL STUDENTS ARE INVITED TO THE BUSINESS CAREERS LUNCH AND LEARN tomorrow, April 21.  Learn about careers in accounting, finance, human resources, marketing, and business from business professionals.  Sign up in the Guidance Office.

TODAY & TOMORROW (APRIL 20 & 21) ARE THE LAST 2 DAYS FOR $55 PROM TICKETS!  Next week ticket prices increase to $65 per ticket.  The last day to purchase Prom tickets is Wednesday, April 26.  Your school ID is required to purchase a ticket.  
  • All Fines must be paid in order to purchase a Prom ticket; see Mrs. Mason in the Finance Office.
  • You must also have 90% attendance in order to purchase a Prom ticket.  Track your attendance percentage by logging on to PowerSchool.  Tomorrow, April 21 is also the last day students have to request an appeal from their principal to attend Prom due to attendance below 90%.

JUNIORS AND SENIORS:  If you plan to bring a guest to Prom, who does not attend PHS, pick up a Prom Guest Permission Form in the Activities Office.  Tomorrow, April 21 is the last day guest forms will be available.

FOOTBALL FAMILY NIGHT:  There is a mandatory parents meeting Wednesday, April 26 at 6pm in the High School Cafeteria for anyone interested in playing football next school year.  Any questions, see Coach Smith in the Positive School.

9TH AND 10TH GRADERS:  Applications are now available for the UMSL Bridge Program Summer Academy.  The Academy offers academic enrichment courses in math, science, written and oral communication, career research, personal and professional development, college planning and ACT Prep.  Application deadline is May 5.  Details and more information are available in the Guidance Office and College and Career Center.
