ATTENTION FRESHMEN CLASS:  Elections for Freshman Class Officers continue to take place today, August 30 on the Moodle.

SENIORS & JUNIORS:  Sign-up for college visits on Family Connections.  SOUTHERN IL UNIVERSITY AT CARBONDALE will be here today, August 30 at 1:00pm.

PATTONVILLE ANIME CLUB will meet today, August 30 from 2:15 to 4:00pm in B111.  See Mr. Givens for questions.

PATTONVILLE CHESS CLUB will meet after school today, August 30, until 4:00 in room B116.  If anyone is interested in joining, please attend!

THE MATH ACT REVIEW CLASS is this evening, August 30 from 6-8pm. in room H215.  Please arrive on time and bring a pencil, paper and calculator.

THE COMMUNITY SERVICE CLUB will be recycling paper tomorrow, August 31 after school.  
Community Service Club members should meet in room D114 by 1:20pm tomorrow afternoon.

ATTENTION JUNIORS AND SENIORS:  National Honor Society applications are due Friday, September 1.

SUMMER READING FORMS are due to the Library by Friday, September 1.

ALL STUDENTS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE EID (EED) PARTY hosted by the Muslim Student Association after school on Tuesday, September 5 in room G101.

CALLING ALL DANCERS!  If you are interested in being a part of the Drill Team program, now is your chance!  Winter tryouts will be held Tuesday, September 12 and Thursday, September 14 from 4:30-6:30pm in the upper gym.  Swing by the Activities Office to pick up an information packet.  You will need a physical on file to participate in the tryout.

WANT BETTER GRADES?  Students that attend school at a rate of 90% or higher achieve better grades than students who miss school on a regular basis.  The goal for PHS students is to attend school at a rate of 90% or higher.  90% attendance or higher is required to purchase tickets to all school dances and a parking sticker.  Track your attendance percentage rate by logging on to Power School.
