Junior & Senior College Bound Students: A historical black college from Virginia will be visiting PHS for the first time ever today in the College Center. Hampton University will be on campus at noon. Sign up in the Counseling Office. For other upcoming college rep visits, see the posted list in the Guidance Department.

The PHS Varsity Football Pirates will participate in a Jamboree at Fort Zumwalt West High School this evening at 7 pm. The start time was changed from 6 pm to 7 pm due to the anticipated heat.

Attention, Pirates! Starting Monday after school, free tutoring will be available Monday through Thursday in the library, math help center and some science classrooms. Tutoring will begin at 2:30 pm and doors will close at 2:35 pm. All students will be released by 4:00 pm, just in time for the first activity bus! Additional math tutoring will also be available in the math help center every morning at 6:30 am. If you stop by teachers, will be ready to help you prepare for that upcoming test, to help you edit and proofread your research papers, or to
help you work through a difficult assignment! We hope to see you there!
