|Three PHS students finish in Top 10 at GO! St. Louis half marathon|

Three Pattonville High School students placed in the Top 10 in their age division on April 8 after running in the GO! St. Louis half marathon, a run that attracts 12,000 participants. In the Male 19 and Under category, the following three students placed in the top 10. Senior Patrick Hachmeister finished eighth with a time of 1:27:06; freshman Drake Ives placed ninth at 1:30:47; and junior Jeffrey Morgan placed 10th with a time of 1:30:57.
They are among a group of more than 25 students and four staff members from Pattonville High School to race in the half marathon after training together for four months. The half marathon, which is 13.1 miles long, is the most popular race during the two-day GO! St. Louis marathon weekend.
Other students participating in the half marathon from Pattonville were: Mikayla Bridges, Somlinh Chittakhone, Dominic Dedert, Alex Duello, Lauryn Dukes, Alba Gavilanes Onate, Abby Hachmeister, Laura Harder, Logan Harder, Parker Hoynacki, Kylee Hughes, J.P. Killian, Ryan Lee, Stephanie Lopez, James Lyerla, Sam Mathis, Corey Ogle, Jessel Prabhu, Sam Reynolds, Abby Stowers, Alex Urbina, Silvia Vega Ramos and Justin Welsch.
