STUDENTS:  Library books checked out before Spring Break are due now.  Please either return them or stop by the Library to renew them.

ANIME CLUB will meet today, April 4 from 2:15 to 4 PM in B111.

THE MATH ACT REVIEW CLASS will be held this evening, April 4 in room H215 from 6-8pm.  Bring a calculator, pencil, and paper and arrive on time.

JUNIORS INTERESTED IN TAKING THE ACT, SAT OR ACT WORK KEYS FOR FREE, stop by and see Ms. Patrick in the Guidance Office.

THE PHS RENAISSANCE PROGRAM PRESENTS TASTE OF PATTONVILLE tomorrow, April 5 from 5:30 - 8:00pm. in the PHS Cafeteria.  Tickets are available at all lunch sessions and before & after school in room D109.  Tickets can also be purchased at the door tomorrow evening.  Participating restaurants include:  Hotshots, Jimmy John's, Lehmann's Landing, Pei Wei, PHS Culinary Arts, Raising Canes, Red Lobster, and Smoothie King.

THE COMMUNITY SERVICE CLUB will be recycling paper tomorrow, April 5 after school.

PROM COURT VOTING is open on the Moodle under the HotSpot until tomorrow, April 5.

PROM GUEST PERMISSION FORMS are available in the Activities Office through April 20.  If you plan to bring a guest to Prom, who does not attend PHS, this form is required.
  • All Fines must be paid in order to purchase a Prom ticket.  Check your Fine Balance in PowerSchool.  To pay a fine and avoid long lines, see Mrs. Mason, in the Finance Office today.
  • You must also have 90% attendance in order to purchase a Prom ticket.  Track your attendance percentage by logging on to PowerSchool.

JUNIORS:  Will you be the 1st in your family to earn a 4-year college degree?  Join the College Academy to prepare for college and increase your success.  See Mrs. Luraschi for an application.

SENIOR ALL NIGHT PARTY FUNDRAISER:  For the entire month of April, Blue Iguana Car Wash (on St. Charles Rock Road) will be holding a fundraiser for the Senior All Night Party.  Just plug in the code 2018 when you pay and 25% of the proceeds will go towards PHS.
THE WORD OF THE WEEK IS SUBSEQUENT.  Subsequent is from the Anglo-French and is based on the Latin prefix sub meaning, “near” and added to the Latin word, sequi, meaning “to follow”.  It was first used in the 1500's when Henry VIII and Elizabeth I were the monarchs of England.

PROM IS FRIDAY, MAY 4 at the Westport Sheraton Chalet.  Doors open at 6:30pm.  Dance ends at 10:30pm.  The theme is “Arabian Nights”.  PROM TICKET SALES will be held April 16-20 ($65) and April 23-27 ($70) in the Commons during all lunch sessions.  To purchase a ticket, you must have your school ID, all fines must be paid, and a 90% attendance is required.  

ARE YOU ATTENDING A CAMP THIS SUMMER?  PHS PTO Grants are available for students attending an Academic, Fine Arts or Leadership program or camp.  Applications are available online under PTO.  The application must be filled out completely and returned, with all supporting documents, to the Activities Office on or before April 16.  See application for more detailed requirements.
