SENIORS: Graduation practice is this THURSDAY, MAY 17 and is mandatory for all Seniors to attend in order to participate in the Graduation ceremony. Seniors will need to report to the PHS Cafeteria on Thursday by 7:30am; breakfast will be provided. Contact Mr. Thompson if you have any questions or concerns.
SENIORS: THE SENIOR BBQ is today, May 14 after 1st hour. Once you are dismissed from 1st hour, feel free to head on out to the football stadium for your Yearbook, food & fellowship. The BBQ will last until approximately 10:30am. See Mr. Thompson if you have any questions.
SENIOR PROM PICTURES will be handed out at the Senior BBQ. Juniors will receive their Prom pictures during their lunch sessions today, May 14.
SENIORS: Senior All-Night Party tickets are $20 and can be purchased:

ALL STUDENTS: AVOID FINES. Turn in your textbooks to your teachers on the day of that class' Final Exam. If you have questions regarding fines, please see Mrs. Mason in the Front Office.
SENIORS: If you have Library books, you are now on the Senior Fine List for the Library. Please take care of this NOW.
PLEASE JOIN THE PIRATE CODE LEADERSHIP TEAM IN CONGRATULATING THE NEARLY 500 STUDENTS THAT HAVE ZERO TARDIES FOR SECOND SEMESTER. These students will participate in our "No Tardy Party" today, May 14 during each lunch session. Congratulations, Pirates!!!
ALL COMMUNITY SERVICE AND A+ TUTORING HOURS are due before you leave for summer break. Bring all of your hours to the CSO, E200.
UNDERCLASSMEN: Please return your Library books. It's easy: just drop them in the bin outside the Library door.
STUDENTS: Make sure your locker is cleaned out before you leave for the summer. Our custodial staff begins cleaning the lockers out once school ends, therefore make sure your locker is empty before you leave. Items left behind will be donated to charity.
FRESHMEN, SOPHOMORES, JUNIORS: If you were unable to attend the 9-10-11 Awards Ceremony you can pick up your award in your Principal's Office.
THE MATH HELP CENTER will be open before school only beginning tomorrow, May 15.
ACTIVITY BUSES will only run at 1:00pm tomorrow, Wednesday, and Thursday (May 15, 16 and 17).
LOST AND FOUND: If you are missing water bottles or clothing items, please check the LOST & FOUND located in the Front Office. Items not claimed will be donated after Thursday, May 17.

May 14 9-11 Final Exam in 1st Hour, Reviews in 2-7 Hours; 2:13 dismissal
May 15 9-11 Final Exams in 2 & 3 Hours; 10:30 dismissal
May 16 9-11 Final Exams in 4 & 5 Hours; 10:30 dismissal
May 17 9-11 Final Exams in 6 & 7 Hours; 10:30 dismissal. 9-11 last day.
SCHEDULE FOR MAKE-UP FINALS:
May 15, 16 & 17: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
May 18: 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Make-up final exams will be given in Room G201 (ISS Room).
