HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH: September 15 to October 15 marks Hispanic Heritage Month. It is important to take this time to recognize the contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans to the group's heritage and culture.
Frida Kahlo was born in Mexico City, Mexico and is widely known for her iconic self-portrait paintings and her outspoken nature. She is a feminist icon who has overcome personal tragedy with triumph and grace. The following is a quote that exemplifies her inner strength: “At the end of the day, we can endure much more than we think we can.”

HOMECOMING DANCE TICKETS are on sale in the Students Commons today during all lunch sessions. Ticket price is $15. In order to purchase a ticket, you must have your ID, all fines paid, and 90% attendance. The last day tickets will be sold is this Thursday, October 4.
