Hall of Fame

The Pattonville High School Hall of Fame has been a tradition since its inception.

Located outside of the main gym, the Hall of Fame has continued to grow throughout the years. Currently, individuals are added to the Hall of Fame in one of three categories: Students, Alumni and Pattonville Legends.

Students

Current Pattonville High School students will be inducted into the Hall of Fame in the areas of academics, activities and athletics. Student selection will be automatic based on accomplishments within a given category. Criteria for each category includes:

Academics

  • National Merit semifinalist or finalist

Activities

  • State Champions

  • All-State

  • National Qualifier

  • National Champions

  • Gold Medals

Athletics

  • All-State/All-Metro First Team (or top state honor in each individual sport)

  • All-American

Additional criteria for a given category may be added at any time. Staff members may submit the names of their students for honors here. Students will receive their name on a wall plaque.

 

Pattonville Alumni and Pattonville Legends


Nominations are open year round. All nominations received by Dec. 31 will be included in the following spring's selection process. Any nominee not selected will have their nomination rolled to the following year, thus annual nominations for the same nominee are not required. See below for a timeline of honors.

Selection Committee

A selection committee of nine people is led by the high school athletic director and will include the chief communications officer, a retiree, staff and other appropriate members. Outside of the athletic director and communications officer, members will serve a two-year term with members being selected on alternating years.

Alumni

The Pattonville School District honors alumni for their accomplishments after graduation. Up to three graduates will be selected per year. Nominations are accepted year round.  Applications will be judged on the individual's accomplishments following their time in Pattonville, including areas of work and/or volunteerism.

Criteria

  • Must have graduated the previous year or earlier (can not be a graduating senior).

  • Must be for their work/contributions as an alumnus (not student).

Pattonville Legends

Pattonville is full of individuals who have made a positive impact on the district. The Pattonville Legends award honors individuals who have made a positive impact on the district, its students or staff during their time in Pattonville. Honorees include anyone not covered by the alumni category, including staff, volunteers and board members. Applications will be judged on the individual's efforts and for going above and beyond while connected to Pattonville. Up to one honoree will be selected per year.

Criteria

  • Must have a minimum of five years of service in Pattonville.

  • Impact must have been made during tenure with the district.
