SchooLinks is Pattonville's comprehensive postsecondary planning platform for students in grades 6-12.        

How to Login

• Students: Login through Clever or Google

CLEVER LOGIN FOR STUDENTS

• Parents/Guardians: To create a guardian account (or to claim additional students), you must have a claim code. Your student will need to login to their SchooLinks account and provide you with their unique claim code for you to create and link your account. • Staff: Login through Clever or Google

Students use SchooLinks to

• complete career and interest inventories and research careers

• create their ICAP (Individualized Career & Academic Plan)

• learn about post high school options including college, military, skilled apprenticeships, fire/police/EMS academy, free & short-term training, and more

• sign up for college visits, workshops, events and more

• create a resume

• research and apply to colleges

Transcripts are offered free of charge. 

Current Students

PHS transcripts needed for college applications are ONLY requested and submitted via SchooLinks.

• Current senior students will add each transcript request via their SchooLinks account, beginning Aug. 1 of their senior year, under Colleges > College Applications > Add Application.
• Seniors will answer the questions regarding how they applied to each college and submit the transcript request. SchooLinks uses Parchment and Common Application to securely submit official transcripts to colleges. 
• Transcripts are typically submitted via SchooLinks within 5 school days. 

Official transcripts do NOT include any test scores. Students choosing to apply to college with a test score will need to submit their own test scores according to each college's policy. 

Exceptions:

• School holidays and weekends:  Transcripts will NOT be sent during school holidays and weekends. Please be aware of college deadlines and submit transcript requests in advance.
• Summer requests from rising seniors:  Official transcripts for rising seniors are uploaded into SchooLinks in mid-August. Seniors may request their transcripts within SchooLinks beginning August 1. Transcript requests made between Aug. 1 and the beginning of the school year will be submitted when school resumes. Colleges are aware that transcripts will be submitted when high school resumes and will not penalize students.

Former Students and PHS Graduates

Note: Due to construction at the high school, access to paper transcripts will not be available until June 22. Following that date, requests will be filled in the order submitted. 

PHS graduates, former students or their parent/guardian (if the student is under 18) may obtain a copy of their records by filling out a Transcript Request Form. You will be asked to provide the following information:

• Name as it appears on school records

• Date of birth (including month, date, and year)

• Year of graduation or year last attended

• Address, Fax Number or Email Address where the transcript/record should be sent

• Phone number where you may be contacted

A photo ID is required in order to pick up student records and transcripts.
