We're making it easy for you to take a customized photo of your child on the first day of school (Aug. 31). Simply download one of our signs and take a photo. We're collecting first-day photos to share on our social media pages. Use the hashtag #PattonvilleStrong to share your photos with the first-day signs. Make sure your posts are public so we can see them. Upload them by noon on Sept. 1, and we'll share as many as we can to celebrate our first day back.
Find signs for students from every grade level, as well as special signs for parents and staff at bit.ly/PSD1stdaysigns. Deadline to share your photos is noon on Sept. 1.
Parents/Guardian of PHS Students:
Next week is a very important week and I want to highlight the critically important tasks that students and families need to take care of in preparation for the first day of virtual classes on Monday August 31.
Computer Pick Up
Computer roll out will take place at PHS during the week of Aug. 24.
Pattonville has ended its weekly distribution of Cares Act summer meals and will begin distributing school meals curbside for students enrolled in Pattonville on Wednesday, Sept. 2. Meals will be distributed from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Pattonville Learning Center. After Sept. 2, distribution will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays at the same time and place until further notice. Two breakfasts and lunches will be available on Mondays, and three breakfasts and lunches will be available on Wednesdays.
Dear Pattonville families and staff,
On July 29, I notified the Pattonville community that our schools would start the 2020-2021 school year in phase 3 of in-person learning, which is the 100% virtual format. As I mentioned at that time, the decision was made based on the current health and safety conditions of our community and with input from the St. Louis County Department of Public Health. At that time, all Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) athletics and activities in Pattonville and other 100% virtual school districts were suspended based on the MSHSAA Constitution which prohibited member schools from participating in activities if the school district begins the school year or transitions to entirely virtual instruction.
We released a series of videos to help you better understand what virtual learning will look like when school starts on Aug. 31. If you have specific questions, please contact your student's school.
